At GetSLU, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly and reliably.
1. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post. Standard and Express delivery options are available at checkout.
2. Discreet Packaging
All orders are sent in discreet packaging with no visible branding or advertising on the outside of the package.
Droppers and larger orders are sent in plain black or brown boxes, whilst powder items are generally sent in Australia Post padded mailers.
Note our return address and business name will be displayed as the sender to ensure undeliverable parcels can be returned to us.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within Australia (metro areas may be faster; regional and remote areas may take longer). Express Delivery: 1–3 business days within Australia (depending on your location).
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be affected by seasonal demand, weather events, or unforeseen postal delays. Unfortunately delivery time (once dispatched) is out of our control.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post tracking website.
Please note that your parcel may be lodged in a red or yellow Australia Post street posting box – in this case tracking updates may not appear immediately. Scans will only begin once your item has moved further into the Australia Post network.
6. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $10 for all orders. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels – Postal Guarantee
While we take every care in dispatching your order, once lodged with Australia Post we cannot control delays. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, we will assist you in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
If your item is confirmed as lost in transit and Australia Post declines any warranty or refund, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost. Please note, this guarantee applies only to items lost during transit and does not cover parcels marked as delivered with “authority to leave” in a safe place.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia.
