At GetSLU, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, please read the following carefully before purchasing.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold, are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
2. Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or not as described, pursuant to section 4 of this policy.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for products authorised for returned per sections 2 and 4.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product or a product that is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. We may request that the faulty product be returned to us, in which case we will pay for return postage.
5. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your order.
